Description of Involvement:
As Owner's Representative/Developer Eric Muller managed the overall planning and execution of this Development project. Responsibilities included professional services procurement, Master Planning, Governmental Approvals, Economic Feasibilities, and the overall administration of the Design and Construction of the building, lease negotiations and Tenant Improvements. Del Diaz as the General Contractor, managed the preliminary budgeting, contract negotiations, scheduling, project management, cost and progress reporting, trades coordination, project organization and startup, bid negotiations, and quality control.
