Description of Involvement:
As Development Manager, A provided economic feasibility studies, value engineering, procurement of all design and construction professionals. A also managed all design professionals and coordinated the construction execution. A administered all financial aspects of the development project and continually monitored and reported the progress of the development team.
As Owner's Representative/Developer Eric Müller managed the overall planning and execution of this project from pre-purchase due diligence through the Development of Regional Impact (DRI), and land use approvals, to the execution of all infrastructure engineering. Responsibilities included site selection, master planning, economic feasibility, governmental approvals, acquisition, professional services procurement and the overall administration of the Development. Specific duties included Contract Document Development, Design Coordination, Cost and Progress Reporting, Contract Negotiations, Scheduling, Project Management, and the coordination of the ongoing asset management duties for the property.
