Tampa, Florida As Vice President of Real Estate for this multi-state public company Mr. Ferri managed the real estate planning, leasing, and construction management activities connected with their leased premises nationwide. In addition, Mr. Ferri personally managed the development process for Kforce’s new 128,000 SF headquarters building in Tampa, FL, including analysis of options in the market place, project planning, contract negotiations, design management, construction monitoring, FF&E procurement and move management.

  • HLW Services Corp. New York, NY Managed the design and construction of a 115,000 SF bank operations center tenant fitout as well as procurement of FF&E. Managed the design and construction of a 31,000 SF bank headquarters tenant fitout as well as procurement of FF & E.

  • Pitney Bowes Stamford, CT Negotiated lease extensions for two manufacturing plants (335,000 SF) with improvements valued at $2.5 million and a net rent reduction.

  • Baker Firestone Pleasantville, NY Managed the market research, product planning, development team assembly and management, budgeting and procurement of entitlements for a 152 unit townhouse development on 70 acres on the Westchester County, NY.
