Highest and Best Use Analysis

Studies include the evaluation of real estate to determine the highest and best use of the property for development. Analysis includes the review of the underlying conditions that shall present limitations and opportunities for future development. The analysis shall examine the demand for various uses in the market and shall test the viability to satisfy this demand. It shall project the overall investment capital and debt requirements to deliver various development alternatives and shall model the projected economic performance of these alternatives on a Net Present Value discounted cash flow basis.
