Description of Involvement:
A acted as the Development Manager and Owner's Representative throughout the site investigation, feasibility studies, master planning, government approvals, and design procurement. A also provided design coordination and construction procurement expertise and assistance. Overall Development scheduling and budgeting services were included in Project scope of service.
