Description of Involvement:
As Development Manager, A provided economic feasibility studies, value engineering, procurement of all design and construction professionals. A also managed all design professionals and coordinated the construction execution. A administered all financial aspects of the development project and continually monitored and reported the progress of the development team.
As Project Manager, Tim Nalls managed the overall construction program for this project. Responsibilities included Project Organization, Permitting, Scheduling, Project Buyout, Trades Coordination Start-Up, Cost Management, Government Approvals and Close Out.
