Description of Involvement:
As Owner's Representative/Developer Eric Müller managed the execution of complete Lobby and Common Area renovations and the coordination of all Tenant Improvements throughout the development. Responsibilities included Project Management, Professional Service Procurement, Contract Documents Development, Cost and Progress Reporting, Contract Negotiations, Scheduling, Lease Negotiations, and the disposition of the asset to Manufactures Life Insurance Company in 1987.
