Description of Involvement:
As Owner's Representative/Developer Eric Müller managed the overall planning and execution of this project from user's assessment to occupancy coordination. Responsibilities included site selection, master planning, economic feasibility, governmental approvals, acquisitions, professional service procurement, and the overall administration of the Design and Construction, and the Development process. Specific duties included Contract Document Development, Cost and Progress Reporting, Contract Negotiations, Scheduling, Project Management, Lease Negotiations, and Corporate Facility Tenant Improvement coordination.
