Description of Involvement:
As Owner's Representative/Developer Eric Müller managed the overall planning and execution of this project from cradle to grave. Responsibilities included site selection, re-zoning, economic feasibility, acquisitions, Professional Services Procurement, and the overall administration of the Design and Construction process. Mr. Müller also provided Contract Documents Development, Cost and Progress Reporting, Contract Negotiations, Scheduling, Project Management, Strategic Planning, Lease Negotiations, and Tenant Improvement's coordination.
