Pro-Ject International served as the Brighthouse Networks owner’s representative throughout the development process of the Tampa Bay Corporate Regional Operations Facility located in the Carillon Corporate Business Park in St. Petersburg, Florida. The facility provided for the consolidation of the BHN Tampa Bay regional offices, call center, service operations, sales and marketing, and Bay News 9 television studio; each formerly located in a variety of locations throughout Tampa Bay. The 168,000 SF 3-story office building was designed and constructed in a steel frame structure, with brick and glass façades and Class A office interiors. Site development included a detached parking garage and related site improvements.
