This 4 acre professional office village is developed within a master-planned corporate business park known as Tampa Telecom Business Park located along Tampa’s I-75 Corridor in Temple Terrace.

The project consisted of 40,000 SF of office development in four separate buildings and sold to individual business owners as owner-occupied facilities.
