John most recently served as COO of Alliant-Partners, LLC. He was instrumental in the expansion program for Eckerd Drug Stores in Florida, Arizona and Colorado. He was responsible for the acquisition, development and disposition of properties in all 3 states. John also secured financing for the drugstore properties, as well as, other multi-tenant projects. John was also involved in the development of several grocery-anchored retail centers in Florida.

Prior to becoming a partner in Alliant-Partners. John was the Regional Vice President for the Hogan Group where he was responsible for all development projects including site acquisition, development, leasing, property management and sales. John also oversaw the brokerage division that consisted of tenant representation, leasing and sales for office, retail and industrial properties. John is a graduate of Jesuit High School and the University of Florida.
