Since joining Pro-Ject International’s team in May of 2022, Steven has been involved with market analysis, site selection, asset management, property management, accounting/financial management, and development administration.
Prior to joining Pro-Ject International’s team, Steven was a tax associate at RSM, one of the largest public accounting firms in the world. While at RSM, Steven specialized in real estate tax planning and compliance for some of Tampa Bay’s largest privately held, and publicly traded, commercial real estate developers and owner/operators.
Growing up in Lakeland, Steven always had an affinity for Tampa Bay. In 2018, Steven graduated from the University of South Florida with a major in accounting and he completed his Master of Accountancy (MAcc) with a tax concentration in 2020.
Being a Florida native, Steven has always led an active lifestyle. Throughout college, he played on the club tennis team at USF and taught tennis at Hunters Green Country Club in New Tampa. In his free time, Steven is an avid golfer, pickleballer, and padelero (padel player).
