A 180 acre mixed-use corporate business park is located at the intersection of I-75 and US-301 along Tampa’s I-75 corridor.
As Owner’s Representative Eric Müller managed the overall planning and execution of thisproject from pre-purchase due diligence through the Development of Regional Impact (DRI), and land use approvals, to the execution of all infrastructure engineering. The Interstate Planned Development (IPD-3) rezoning approval included entitlements for 1,500,000 SF office, Retail, office/service center, Industrial space and a 220-room hotel.
The project accommodated the southeast regional corporate office of Progressive Insurance.
