As fee developers, Pro-Ject International led the tenant and property owners through feasibility studies to determine the most responsive facility solution for the replacement of the GTE work center and warehousing facility serving Southern Alabama. After evaluating various lease and purchase alternatives, Pro-Ject International assembled a group of investors to purchase an existing warehouse facility, with the purpose to renovate the property for GTE, to occupy as tenant on a 10 year lease.The project required coordination with several corporate departments within GTE located throughout the Southeast, and delivery of real time reporting and project administration.
