A 188 Acre, equestrian theme gated residential subdivision and ancillary retail/commercial and equestrian facilities. The project consisted primarily of 78 each, one (1) acre mini- mum single family lots nestled within a winding natural creek and wooded site along State Road 60 in Brandon, Florida. The property was challenged with significant drainage issues, ecological species and wetland issues and roadway access and entitlement issues that were successfully converted to project amenities.
