As owner, investor and developer, full turn-key land development responsibilities were provided for a strategic 7.2 acre mixed-use urban site, located within the heart of the Tampa International Airport, Westshore Business District. Entitlements were achieved for 420,000 SF of Class A office accommodation. The site plan design provided for two 7-story office buildings and a 9-level parking garage. Land use rights included office, hotel, retail, restaurant and banking.
