The land development of a 200 Acre, mixed-use corporate business park located on Waters Avenue and the Veterans Expressway within Northwest Hillsborough County, Florida. Rezoning approval obtained via Development of Regional Impact (DRI) and Planned Development Mixed Use (PDMU), which included approximately 1,500,000 SF of office, retail, office, office/service center, and a 250-room hotel. The project ultimately accommodated the southeast regional corporate office complex for Capital One, plus a retail center including Target, Lowes, and other big box retail users and individual outparcel retail development.
