Pro-Ject International first served as Expert Witness Consultant for the attorney and property owner in litigation support for an eminent domain taking within the Port of Tampa by the Florida Department of Transportation. Thereafter, Pro-Ject International was hired by the owner as Development Manager for the replacement property and relocation of the shipping operations facility to a new site at the Port of Tampa. The project encompassed a 17.5 acre container yard, 20,000 SF warehouse storage facility and 12,000 SF administrative offices.
